Can I make changes to my order?

I only received part of my order, is the rest on it's way?

Yes! Many items in the shop will ship separately from different locations. As a small business, we utilize print on demand to produce apparel and home goods.  

My order arrived damaged, who do I contact?

Please email support@phillyfrogs.com with your order number in the subject line. 

What is the return policy?

All sales are final.

If your item(s) arrive defective or damaged from transit, please reach out within 7 days of delivery to support@phillyfrogs.com

A replacement will be issued, if available. If the item is unavailable, a full refund of the purchase price will be credited to the original payment method.
